• Service Agreement.  Altogether, the Scope of Service, Terms of Service, and Business Associate Agreement make up the “Service Agreement”.

• Scope of Service ("SOS") identifies the services that the Provider hires Professional Practice to perform, as well as applicable effective dates and fees.

• Terms of Service ("TOS") outline the responsibilities, limitations, workflow, and other details of services offered by Professional Practice.

• Business Associate Agreement ("BAA")establishes and defines the legally binding obligation to operate in compliance with HIPAA privacy standards.
